Part I. Information Collection
Alpha International collects information
through our Web site at several points. We collect the following

email addresses and geographical addresses, UK tax status.
We may also collect names, email addresses
and geographical locations, which our users divulge about
other people. Alpha International does not actively market
to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 16 to
divulge personal information.
We collect the following general data
that is not personally identifiable information: Country of
origin, ISP, IP Address. We collect demographic data in order
to monitor usage patterns. We collect this information through
registration forms, session information, browser cookies,
and logging files. The information is collected involuntarily
through logs and cookies and voluntarily through forms.
We do employ cookies. A cookie is a
small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer
hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Alpha
International to track usage patterns and deliver customized
content to users. Our cookies do have an expiration date.

The information collected by Alpha
International will be used for maintaining up to date records
and users who provide information may receive postal and email
announcements.
Registered users may receive additional
announcements from us about products, services, and a newsletter.
Out of respect for the privacy of our users we ask users to
opt in to receive these types of communications.
The information we collect may be used
to create customer profiles based on browsing, purchasing
or donation history.
We may share data with the following
third parties: STL, WorldPay, BT, NatWest Bank. These third
parties will use the information as follows: deliver requested
products and credit/debit card authorisation and settlement.
With your specific agreement, Alpha International may also
pass your contact details to our offices, trusted advisers
and local event organisers.
We do offer links to other websites.
Please note: If you click on links to other Web sites, we
encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards
may differ from ours.
If our policy on information collection
or uses changes, will advise you by email within 5 working
days of such a change. Contacts on our mailing list have the
opportunity to regularly update their personal details or
to request this information be removed from our database.
Part III. Access to Information
Alpha International maintains the accuracy
of our information by routinely purging expired records. Users
may contact us about inaccuracies they may find by emailing
directory@alphacourse.org. Users may delete their information
from our database by emailing directory@alphacourse.org with
details.
